  • 90% of sales are made through brick and mortar stores.
  • There is a continued shift in strategic thinking, with the customer and omnichannel marketing being the key strategic priorities for two-thirds of survey respondents.
  • Local Australian retailers still expect to see increased online sales over the Christmas period, with 79% expecting sales to increase by 10% or more compared to 2017.
